DevStudios Stock Halted Pending the Completion of its 2007 Audited Financial Statements

DevStudios International Inc. (the "Corporation") is announcing that its stock has been halted pending the completion of its audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2007.

"We have undergone a major restructuring of our business in the middle of 2007" said Bob Vergidis, President/CEO of DevStudios. "The objective has been to sharpen the focus of our company and specifically work on our Point of Sale software. This process has lead to delays in completing our audit for fiscal 2007. It is a top priority, and we will be working to complete it as soon as possible." Added Vergidis.

Progress Update on DevStudios Leapfrog® Version 3.0

DevStudios International Inc. (the "Corporation") is pleased to provide a progress update for its Leapfrog® 3.0 software application. On May 2008, the corporation disclosed that it would further sharpen its focus to specifically target Leapfrog® 3.0 at the Pizza niche market. Also, it would use any additional time to create a service-oriented version of the software that could be niche-neutral, with a smaller footprint delivered entirely via the Internet as a monthly subscription service.

The corporation is pleased to announce that in the past nine months its Leapfrog® 3.0 application has been enhanced to offer Dining Room, Call Center, and Pickup/Front Counter Point of Sale modules along with a large complement of optional back office tools including customer relationship management (CRM), perpetual inventory, integrated accounting, financial reporting system, and others.

Bob Vergidis, President and CEO of the corporation noted: "Our whole Leapfrog® 3.0 offering revolves around three main objectives: a) real time integration of all the components, b) a leading-edge, yet easy to use business-rules-based platform, and c) centralized, secure delivery of the application either via an Intranet or the Internet. Our clients want Leapfrog® to help them deliver their business strategy to their organization's front lines and provide instant feedback back to management."

Key milestones of DevStudios Leapfrog® 3.0 thus far in 2008 include:

- Completion of a large number of additional modules including delivery, driver dispatch, kitchen production, communications, and payment processing.

- A pilot installation of the new pizza-specific version of the software. This pilot has been running for three months at a live store with great results. The client has found the system comprehensive, fast, flexible, and extremely easy to use with substantially reduced training times from days to only minutes per staff.

- The software has been installed at a national U.S. based Call Center Provider that is servicing the fast food and casual dining space.

- The complete Leapfrog 3.0 Accounting system has been installed and is running at another U.S. based regional Pizza chain and is currently supporting the complete financial management and reporting of over 30 locations.

In addition to its built-in capabilities, Leapfrog 3.0 has also been extended to provide connectivity to and from other systems. New credit card clearing services are allowing Leapfrog® 3.0 to now handle real time authorizations through the vast majority of U.S. Credit Card and Gift Card processors. An XML-based interface allows Leapfrog® to receive orders from other systems including DevStudios' TUXX® Call Center. A Remote Printing Agent allows Leapfrog® to send orders to any computer via the Internet.

"In 2008 the restaurant industry is hampered with rising labor and commodity costs. There is a very good fit for technology as one of the tools to help manage both of these challenges. DevStudios Leapfrog® 3.0 has been built with both of these objectives in mind. The software is able to enforce the business rules of the organization with an intuitive and easy to learn interface, while making the data management instant and touch-free across multiple locations," said Vergidis.

The plans of the corporation for the next six months regarding Leapfrog® 3.0 will include: The creation and rollout of Leapfrog's online-ordering module, the completion of the rollout of over 60 store locations on the Leapfrog platform, and the beginning of the service-oriented version of Leapfrog that will make it possible for customers to subscribe to Leapfrog® on a monthly basis. In addition, the corporation anticipates being able to begin sales and marketing activities for the Leapfrog® 3.0 software by the latter part of 2008.

Vergidis added: "We have learned a lot about delivering I.T. solutions to the pizza industry from our past history with both Leapfrog® and our UNIX-based TUXX® platform. Our objective is not only to tackle the software challenge but also the whole delivery and ongoing management model including change management, installation, training, and ongoing updates. The objective is to make the whole process simple and scalable for both our clients and for us. We have made some great strides toward that goal, and we will continue as our software is gaining a larger client base."

DevStudios to Further Sharpen Focus of Leapfrog® Software

DevStudios International Inc. ("TSXV:DVE") is pleased to announce that it will further sharpen the focus for its Leapfrog® integrated Point of Sale and Back Office system to the Restaurant Industry and it will stop support of the product in the Golf Course Management space.

This strategic change is a direct attempt to strengthen the core of the business, make time to further refine Version 3.0 of the software, and get ready to make the product more niche-market independent. Bob Vergidis, President and C.E.O. of DevStudios commented, "Leapfrog 3.0 has been born in the Golf Course Management space, but since then it has grown beyond that. In the process it has been exceedingly difficult for us to cover multiple small niche markets. This change in direction helps us sharpen our focus and consolidate our efforts in the areas that we feel have the highest potential shareholder return."

With the exit from the Golf space, DevStudios has negotiated license conversions for its existing customers to move to another Golf Course Management software solution. "We are being responsible to our existing customers by giving them a cost effective path to move to a different golf course management system. They will mainly have to pay for support and installation/training, but there will be no license cost to them to get this different system." Added Mr. Vergidis.
